Customizable widgets Digital Workplace by Digte
The Digital Workplace by Digte has a set of more than 40 customizable widgets. These widgets use information that is stored in TOTVS Fluig Plataforma ECM itself, in the folder Digital Workplace, Templates or Digte Intranet (in the new version) created when installing the product.
The number of widgets available varies depending on the package purchased by the customer. In the Basic package there are 10 widgets available, Intermediate has 20 widgets, and the advanced has all the product widgets.
Standard Widget Functions
Digital Workplace by Digte widgets have the following characteristics:
1. Theme: in the Theme tab, the visual characteristics of the widget linked to the themes are defined, as well as the title and there will be help (Popover) and its text.
2. Parameters: in the Parameters tab are the business settings of the widget (ex: which form is the source of information, number of records to be presented).
3. Icons: in the Icons tab, you can define the widget icon from the list of icons available on the TOTVS Fluig Platform (Font Icon). To display the available icons, just type a word in the field.
4. Registration Group: in the Parameters tab, there is the registration group that serves to segregate the information registered in the form.
For example: news from group A on page 1 and news from group B on page 2.
Schedules
Schedule any type of item (cars, rooms, massages, projector ...) with the possibility of provisional reservations and preserves, which will be confirmed by the administrator of the agenda .

The data comes from the AGENDA and ITEMS forms in the "Digte Intranet / Content / AGENDA" folder.
This widget will display the items that can be scheduled on the ITEMS form and the schedules will be recorded by the widget on the AGENDMENTS form. Any user can make a progress for the items, but only the calendar administrator can confirm the schedule. To define the scheduling administrators, a user group of TOTVS Fluig Plataforma must be configured in the parameters tab.
To confirm / change or delete a schedule, the administrator simply clicks on the schedule, in which a menu of options will be displayed.
The items column name and widget scheduling form can be customized through the parameters tab, with this it will be possible to have several types of schedules (eg cars, projectors, rooms ...), and for each one a form of separate items and schedules.
Alerts - Digital Workplace by Digte
Alert with Pop-up at the first access, which will present images and texts in order to inform employees.

This widget will list the records of the informed form by searching the ECM. Linked images and description will be displayed. It will be possible to define how many records will be presented, order of presentation, start and end date of the novelty.
Birthdays of the Month
Inform employees who have a birthday in the month.

The data comes from the form ADDITIONAL USER DATA in the folder "Digte Intranet / Content". This form is related to the STORES (Units) form.

This widget will list the form's records, images of the user's profile if it exists on the TOTVS Fluig Platform.

These widgets will list the images available in the informed ECM folder. The transition speed between the images can be configured, as will the marker (circle or number), and if the link informed will open on another page.
To link a link to an image, inform the link in the image comment on the ECM (ex: http://www.fluig.com).

Include boxed banners with several image transition features.

You can use this widget to display a title bar as the theme of your Intranet, visually adapting the layout of the existing widgets with the theme used on the Digital Workplace by Digte.

Include the welcome widget in a simple way and generate engagement with a receptive message.

First create the championship in the CHAMPIONSHIPS form, where the games, dates and logos of the teams will be informed. The logos are already loaded and just enter the name to present the logo.
In the widget, inform the location of the ECM that the CHAMPIONSHIP form and form referring to the jackpot widget you are using are stored.
Then inform which championship and user group of the TOTVS Fluig Platform administrator of the results. The participants in this group are the only ones who can post the results.
Events calendar
Present the company's calendar of events quickly and simply.

Each record is linked to a day of the week, and the widget can be configured to display every day, or a specific day, allowing different menus per day (ex: creates a menu page with the same widget including 5 times, once for each day).
Task Central - Digital Wokplace by Digte
With the task center widget you list the tasks in which the user is involved, whether as a requester, responsible, manager, author or approver.

Climate
The use of the “Climate” widget can be a good strategy to display the current temperature and climate of the units - be it sun, rain, fog or even snow - via Dark Sky API, the temperature is displayed in the location of the unit, day / date and, the coolest thing, the current climate in a totally animated way.

This widget will display the stores (Units) of the form, allowing the user to search through the search field. In each "pin" of google maps, the name of the unit, TOTVS Fluig Plataforma community (if any), responsible (TOTVS Fluig Platform profile if any) will be displayed.
Units Consultation - OSM
Does your company have several units spread across the country or the state?
Usually companies have an extensive list of addresses and contacts for consultation. But how about making this information more intuitive and visual?
Using the 'Unit Inquiry - OSM' widget can be a good strategy for researching the location of units - whether stores, franchises, factories, etc. - via Open Street Maps, presenting contact details, communities and responsible people involved.

Rotating Highlights
When using the rotating highlights widget, if your company has a gallery of images or videos for example, you can activate this feature on your portal and you can publish your company information in a more intuitive and creative way.
