Solution architecture

The solution has an on-premises model, installed in the customer's environment and a SaaS model. It is recommended for clients with high volume of hires (+50 per month) to use the on-premises solution and clients with small volume of hires (-50 per month) to use the SaaS solution.

APIs from the Google environment are used to generate signature kits and OCR-IA (Artificial Intelligence), but the contents will not be hosted on this platform. At the end of the processes, the transacted documents are transferred to TOTVS Fluig Plataforma and eliminated from the Google platform.

Required components:

On-premises environment:

1. TOTVS Fluig Plataforma, with access only for HR employees who manage admission. So the platform numbers and id's will be needed only for these users. Candidates do not need platform Id's;

2. Connectivity of the payroll environment with the internet;

3. Applications of Digital Admission by Digte Integration API's in the payroll
