Technical details of the solution

The solution has an on-premises model (own environment) for large customers (+50 contracts per month) and a SaaS model in a shared environment for small customers (-50 contracts per month).

Regardless of the SaaS or on-premises model, APIs will be installed within the customers' payroll solution to enable integration with the digital admission solution.

The technical specifications and installation procedures are focused on on-premises customers.

Below are the technical characteristics of the solution:

Technology:
It uses the infrastructure of the TOTVS Fluig platform, which is compatible with the same portability matrix as TOTVS Fluig Platform and Google platform services for OCR (Artificial Intelligence) and Contract Generation.

Sizing:
No need for infrastructure increase.

Architecture:
It uses the infrastructure of TOTVS Fuig Plataforma without the need to install additional components, consisting of: pages, widgets, forms and dataset.

Prerequisite:
It is prepared for execution in the TOTVS Fuig Platform version 1.6.5-190702 (07/02/2019) or higher.

Procedimentos de Instalação

Installation procedures

Once the Digital Admission is acquired in the on-premises model (its infrastructure), the customer will be able to install the component from within their own TOTVS Fluig Plataforma.

On-premises environment

In an on-premises environment, the steps will be as follows:

1) Contact Digte support (suporte@digte.com.br) informing that you want to install the product;

2) An installation package will be applied via the TOTVS Fluig platform components center and the "Type Public Form" component will be activated. At this point, the pages in the Digital Admission menu will be created;

3) An API installation package will be applied in the payroll solution to enable connection with  the Digital Admission solution. These API's and Urls services will be informed at the time of configuration;

4) Access the menu option  “Digital Admission - INSTALLATION” , where the wizard of the product installation process will be started;

SaaS environment

In a SaaS environment, the steps will be as follows:

1) Contact Digte support (suporte@digte.com.br) informing that you want to install the product;

2) The customer's instance will be created and he will receive the link, username and password to access the SaaS environment;

3) An API installation package will be applied in the payroll solution to enable the connection with the Digital Admission solution. These API's and Urls services will be informed at the time of configuration.

Procedimentos de Reinstalação

If there is any problem  in the on-premises environment during installation, we suggest re-installation.  An example of a problem :  on some clients in the form installation process, due to network performance problem, the process may be affected. In this case we suggest redoing the installation.

To reinstall, simply delete the ECM Digte Public Form folder or use the Reinstall button on the Installation page. Once this is done, just run the installation wizard again.

Watch out! The reinstallation will eliminate all the data imported and registered in the solution.

Procedimentos de Atualização

Depending on the evolution of TOTVS Fluig Plataforma, the Digital Admission  may need updates, this procedure is applicable for on-premises and SaaS environment.

This occurs in the following sequence:

  1. TOTVS Fluig Store items panel, which can be found in the TOTVS Fluig Platform control panel.

  2. Refresh button on the Digte Public Form - Installation page. This second step is to update the product's internal structures.
